Hello new friend,

I am so glad that you found your way to my page; let me tell you a little about myself.

I am a very curious person who loves ‘love’. I come from a tough background and because of my foundation experiences of surviving abuse, and trauma, and working through the experience of mental illness along with the deep literary and scholarly structure of my mother; I found a space of healing through scholarship, poetry/writing, and the body.

My healing philosophy is connected deeply with my own experience. Throughout the many years, I have spent studying: the body, trauma, healing, madness, empathy / affect / critical compassion; I have curated individualized tools and pathways to support the healing process of those who want a safe space to feel all the feels, learn tools to move emotion through the body, connect with their higher selves, and commune with their ancestors.

All My Love,

Book an introduction consultation and see what it is like to be cared for without anything asked in return.

Let me care for you in a space of love and safety.
